Apofena - Discover Endless Possibilities and Power of Film

Apofena-Incarna is an independent film studio led by Jan Barcentewicz – filmmaker, philosopher, and designer, an alumnus of the Royal College of Art – known for his poetic and sophisticated visual style.

Working across the entire cinematic process – from concept and ideation, through filming and animation, to editing, sound, and post-pro- duction – the studio delivers VFX and CGI animation, live-action film, as well as documentaries, hybrid works, and cine-matic portraits.

Alongside collaborations with Bentley. Rolls-Royce, Mercedes-Benz, SEAT, the Victoria&Albert Museum, Stradivarius and projects such as the film for the famous Water Park in the Dominican Republic, Apofena-Incarna develops original films – including documentaries on Boguslaw Wolniewicz and Zyndram’s Mount, hybrid works such as Taivo and Pejzaz, and portrait films of Jean-Luc Nancy, Hubertus von Amelunxen, and Christopher Fynsk.
